2. Bespoke Products
All items are handmade and created to order. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from sketches, samples, or previous works.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are confirmed only once details have been agreed and accepted by both parties. Massimo Tevarotto reserves the right to refuse a request at his discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are communicated upon request and may vary depending on materials and complexity.
A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due prior to delivery or collection. Payments are accepted via agreed methods.
5. Production Time
As all products are bespoke, production times will be communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the project.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may be collected in person or shipped worldwide. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of the products, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun.
Cancellations may be accepted prior to the start of production; any deposit paid may be non-refundable.
8. Liability
Massimo Tevarotto is not liable for delays or issues caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and creations remain the intellectual property of Massimo Tevarotto unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
